The Supreme Goddess is the Absolute Freedom of Consciousness.

In this retreat you will learn The Form Reality Practice, a dynamic movement meditation flowing as the union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine within. Together with deep honest dialogue discover a profound way in to heal the divide. This retreat offers a place to unravel and outshine the Shadows.
Man – be the surrendered Stillness in it All.
Woman – be the Fearless, Radiant Love as it All.
She is pure movement. He is crystalline Consciousness. Regardless of whether we have a male or female body, we awaken to our true Self by passing through the portal of She.
The following is an outline of each part of The Form:
Part 1 - Step in as the Opener, the Way Shower, breaking new ground for Heart-Mind communion in Radiant Brightness.
Part 2 - Initiate the energy centres (chakras), merging Consciousness and Light to flow as One Masculine-Feminine (Shiva-Shakti).
Part 3 - Be your Authority in birthing a new seed of Reality from Pure Potential.
Part 4 - Activate the formless Lotus and the formed Lotus, opening the flowering of the 3 major centres of Awakening the head, chest and belly.
Part 5 - Embody the descent of the most High (Shiva Consciousness) and the Ascent of the most deep (Shakti-Dakini power) as Pure Receptivity.
