Please read through these terms carefully before making any purchase from our Wisdom Medicine and Brisbane Medical Practice websites. Any purchase will indicate your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Order Confirmation

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. For products such as Books and CDs we generally ship orders within 3 days of orders being placed, however this can vary depending on demand at the time.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.

2. Order Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation by Us

For products such as Books and CDs, we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time; if this happens we will let you know via email.

For events such as Gatherings, Workshops and Retreats, we reserve the right to alter or cancel these events at any time. We will let you know by email of these changes.

Cancellation by Purchaser

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase of products such as Books and CD’s, we will offer an exchange or refund. If you wish to cancel your order of products after payment, please contact us immediately. If we have already shipped your order, shipping charges will not be refunded and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return the parcel at their own expense, and in an original, undamaged condition.

If you wish to cancel a booked event such as Workshop or Gathering prior to attending the event, please contact us immediately by email to info@peetekchan.com.

Exchanges of items will incur our standard shipping fees.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your attendance at an event you have paid for.

3. Billing

We accept Paypal®, Visa®, and MasterCard® for purchases. We can also accept payment using American Express® and Discover® if you select Paypal® when making payment, and select 'Pay with a card' when the PayPal pop-up appears.

4. Currency

Product and shipping prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Some credit card providers may charge additional fees for overseas purchases. Please contact your credit card provider for more information if you are concerned about such fees before making a purchase.

5. GST and Taxes

All purchased goods delivered within Australia are subject to Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Purchases shipped to international addresses are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the receiving country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.

6. Shipping

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details as part of your products order. If your order is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information we will not be held responsible. If you would still like to receive the returned goods, we will re-post the product, for an additional charge.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wisdom Medicine and Brisbane Medical Practice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Purchaser in relation to the supply of goods. Our liability is limited only to the cost of supply of goods in accordance with these terms.

We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer, telecommunication equipment or other property caused by or arising from your access to or use of our website.

8. No Commercial Use
